We are changing the way we do things

As of July 1 2026, this What's On Moreton Bay site will re-direct to our new What's on Moreton Bay website (launching July 1).

The process around submitting your event to the What's On Moreton Bay website will be changing. The only way to get your event on the new website, is through the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW): https://www.atdw.com.au/

To be sure your event shows up on the new website, please submit it to ATDW.

This is completely free and allows your event to show up on over 50 tourism and event websites.

If your event is before June 30, and you would like it to show up on the current What's On Moreton Bay website, please continue with the below submission form.

Top Tips for Uploading:

1. Good photography makes a difference, upload an image around 1MB in size if you can

2. Ensure all image ratios are 4:3 portrait

3. Avoid using poster imagery or images with text - we will not approve a listing with poster imagery or images with text as the main feature image.

4. Include as much information on your event as possible.

5. Include links to your website and/or Facebook event.

6. List your event ASAP, the longer it's listed the more people will see it!

All events are reviewed by the Admin team before they are published.
